The Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Relationship Executive to join this well-established provider of flexible workspace offices based in Ferndown. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves customer engagement, enjoys nurturing leads, and wants to play a key role in driving business growth. You’ll be supporting both our Marketing and Centre teams, turning warm enquiries into valuable opportunities - all while becoming a vital part of a collaborative, supportive, and forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a steady flow of warm leads - no cold calling needed
  • Speaking to potential clients with confidence and clarity, ensuring they feel welcome and valued
  • Keeping our CRM accurate and up to date with lead activity
  • Following up on brochure downloads, website visitors, and broker referrals
  • Reconnecting with older leads and spotting fresh opportunities
  • Using light research (LinkedIn, Companies House) to enrich data
  • Coordinating and booking viewings across our network of locations
  • Supporting the marketing team in optimising lead conversion

What We Are Looking For

  • A confident, friendly communicator - especially over the phone
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A self-starter who enjoys working independently and takes pride in their work
  • CRM experience (or willing to learn) and strong IT skills, including Office365
  • Someone who’s professional, polished, and thrives in a structured, customer-focused environment
