Description

  • Engineering & Documentation Oversight: Review and approve technical drawings, measuring reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy, tolerance compliance, and adherence to standards like ISO 9001.
  • Manufacturing Process Development: Support the design and optimisation of production methods, including assembly lines, jigs, fixtures, and tooling to enhance manufacturability and efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance & Control: Implement quality control systems, statistical process control (SPC) techniques, and lead audits and inspections to maintain consistent product quality and compliance.
  • Risk & Design Analysis: Conduct FMEA (DFMEA/PFMEA), promote DFM/DFA practices, and ensure robust process qualification and quality standards from design to final assembly.

Profile

  • Over 3 years of hands-on experience as a Quality Engineer within a manufacturing setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management frameworks, particularly ISO 9001.
  • Skilled in applying FMEA, DFM/DFA, and a range of quality engineering techniques.
  • Proficient in interpreting and working with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
