The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Chef de Partie to join our passionate kitchen team. As CDP, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for your designated section, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the hotels standards.
  • Assist with menu development and contribute ideas for specials and seasonal offerings.
  • Maintain strict food hygiene, health & safety standards, and cleanliness
  • Train and support junior kitchen staff and apprentices.
  • Work effectively as part of a friendly and professional team.

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar quality environment.
  • Passionate about fresh, seasonal produce and delivering outstanding food.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen health & safety regulations.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
