We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to support a major Network Railcontractor on a project-based assignment in the Wessex area. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a dynamic infrastructure project, ensuring Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards are maintained to the highest level.

As HSEQ Advisor, you will provide guidance, oversight, and assurance across all project activities, helping to embed a strong safety culture and compliance with Network Rail standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HSEQ advice and support to the project team.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies.

  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

  • Support the implementation of improvement initiatives and corrective actions.

  • Report on HSEQ performance to the project management team.

  • Act as a point of contact for HSEQ issues on-site.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as an HSEQ Advisor in the rail sector.

  • Strong knowledge of HSEQ legislation, standards, and best practices.

  • Experience working on Network Rail projects is essential.

  • PTS card.

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities on-site.
