Our client, a leading provider of high-quality architectural components for mid-sized developments across the South of England, is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join their successful team. With a strong market reputation and a unique selling proposition of measuring every job on-site, they differentiate themselves from online competitors and maintain a high standard of service.

The business partners with many respectable names in the house-building industry, such as Imperial Homes, Sigma, and Cala Homes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, family-owned business with a vibrant "work hard, play hard" culture.

The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend pre-arranged client meetings to sell high-value products and close deals.
  • Develop and manage accounts and relationships to identify and secure ongoing sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the estimating team to produce quotes once a deal is closed.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's offerings to effectively educate prospective customers.
  • Work primarily from the office, with regular travel for face-to-face client meetings.
  • Drive commission based on (KPIs) and the revenue generated.
