Your new companyHays Social Housing is working to source for this role, working with a well-respected main contractor for a well-known Social Housing provider. Your new roleYou will work as a Resident Liaison Officer in North Hampshire although there will be travel to various sites as needed. You will be the primary point of contact between residents, project stakeholders, and the construction team. Your main responsibilities will include fostering positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their needs are met.You will be tasked with delivering top-quality service, providing first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team in a professional and efficient manner.What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will have experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer with a main contractor, preferably within a social housing environment. You should be adept at establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships with residents from diverse backgrounds. This role requires a driving license and access to a car with business insurance.Key skills and attributes include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Empathy and the ability to understand residents' needs
  • IT literacy, with experience in using trackers, Excel, and mail merge
  • Professional telephone manner

Experience with the EasyBOP system is advantageous but not essential.
