Our client, a well-established business based in Winchester, is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service Executive.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience through efficient query resolution, proactive communication and close collaboration with internal teams. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arranging customer returns, collections and ensuring return requests are processed efficiently
  • Working closely with the finance team ensuring credit notes and refunds are processed as soon as possible
  • Processing replacement orders ensuring they are prioritised for dispatch and the customer is kept always updated
  • Responding urgently to customer complaints. Liaising with colleagues and managers to find the best solutions for customer issues
  • Ensuring all customer complaints are logged and tracked through to resolution
  • Actively seeking and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments to ensure the highest quality products and services and to continually strive for improvements
  • Booking deliveries for new orders and liaising with the logistics team to ensure orders are dispatched
  • Monitoring and responding to website enquiries/orders

Experience

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, ideally in a luxury retail/ high net worth customer setting
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while building strong relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills ensuring customer solutions are followed through
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask, and prioritise effectively
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative team player, willing to support colleagues across departments to meet customer needs
  • Experience working with international customers, preferred
  • Familiar with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of sales order processing and systems such as SAP, Sage, or Datafile
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
