- Handling daily bookkeeping and reporting using Xero
- Processing high-value accounts payable and receivable
- Preparing and submitting monthly VAT returns
- Posting journals, accruals and prepayments at month end
- Matching costs to revenue and deferring revenue using Excel
- Managing supplier relationships and chasing outstanding payments
- Supporting broader admin tasks including insurance and event preparation
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Senior Bookkeeper / Bookkeeper / Assistant Accountant / Accountant / Finance Manager / Senior Accounts Assistant
- To be methodical, accurate and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership
- Confidence with Excel and working knowledge of Xero
- AAT level 2 or above
- Hybrid working – 4 days in office, 1 from home per week
