The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a team player who is proficient in producing visually appealing, high-quality documents, have an eye for detail, and be capable of working to strict deadlines. Please note a car is essential for this role.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Handing all administrative duties
- Managing health and safety information
- Distribute tender documents to relevant team members
- Check tender documents to ensure that received documents match to issue sheets, and liaise with the estimator/issuer to resolve queries

- Strong administration skills
- Work independently and to participate fully as a team member
- Strong time management
- Microsoft Office
- Good spoken and written communication skills
