I am recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative to work with a well-established contractor in the social housing sector.
The position offers a pay rate of £21 per hour on a temporary basis, with a permanent salary between £33,000 and £35,000.
The role involves planned works, including installing loft hatches and other carpentry tasks.
Candidates must have social housing experience, at least two trade skills, and a Level 2 Carpentry qualification.
A full driving license with no more than 6 points and personal tools are also required for this position.

I am currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative to join a highly established contractor within the social housing sector, travelling within Winchester and surrounding areas.

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will receive:

21 per hr (temp to perm)
Company van and fuel card
Salary 33k-35k when permanent

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:

Working Planned works
Working for a social housing contractor
Installing loft hatches and other carpentry works

As a Multi Trade Operative, you'll need:

Social housing experience
2 or more trade skills
Level 2 Carpentry qualification
Full licence (no more than 6 points)
Own tools
