Assistant Site Manager – High-End Residential – Winchester
We’re currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established and respected developer specialising in traditional build, high-quality housing. The initial scheme is a 20-unit traditional build development based in Winchester, and forms part of a strong pipeline of upcoming projects in the surrounding area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager looking to step into a high-spec, design-led environment, with real scope for long-term career development.
The Role:

Supporting the Site Manager in all aspects of day-to-day site operations

Helping to coordinate trades, materials, and deliveries to ensure smooth progression of works

Monitoring quality and ensuring high standards of finish are maintained

Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and site procedures

Assisting with progress reports and liaison with the wider delivery team
Requirements:
-
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on traditional build housing schemes

Strong communication skills and ability to work within a small but experienced team

Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality delivery

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred
