Role Overview
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and developing our presence across all social media platforms, creating engaging and professional content to promote our services and reputation. This is a hands-on role that will include filming patient testimonials (with consent), produce short promotional videos, and collaborate with our external marketing agency to deliver effective campaigns and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including video, graphics, and written posts
- Film and edit patient testimonials and promotional video clips (with patient consent)
- Work alongside our marketing agency to implement marketing strategies and campaigns
- Monitor social media performance and provide regular insights and reports
- Support the wider team with marketing-related initiatives and brand consistency
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and current trends
- Creative skills in video creation and editing, as well as graphic design (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage but not essential
