Architectural Technician

This growing international practice delivers technically robust, BIM-driven commercial projects across sectors including data centres, logistics, offices, retail and hospitality. • Work on data centre and commercial projects with a strong focus on BIM and technical coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless project delivery
• Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation using Revit and other BIM tools
• Manage project teams and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
• Assist with project management tasks to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
• Opportunities for international travel for those interested

• Minimum of 2 years' experience across relevant sectors, ideally across all project stages
• Strong design skills and technical knowledge
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (Revit test at interview stage)
• Good understanding of UK, US, or EU permitting and construction processes
• Confident verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent team working and organisational skills with a proactive attitude
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages advantageous)

• 30,000 - 35,000
• Hybrid working with 2 days in the office; core hours 10am-3pm
