Do you have strong skills in both primary and secondary research, and experience creating actionable, evidence-based recommendations? If so, please get in touch to find out more details today.This well known large housing provider is looking for a Research Officer to join their growing research team and you will be involved in a range of different projects. This provider own and manage over 50k homes and various community assets, serving more than 120,000 customers across the South of England.The Research Officer will be involved in managing, and conducing a range of research projects, providing high-quality, insight-driven outcomes that support decision-making and service improvement.About the RoleYou'll be part of an Insight team of 20 colleagues, working specifically within the Research section. The team provides research, performance management, customer and business insight, and analytics.Using your research expertise, you will:

  • Design and implement research methodologies and data collection strategies
  • Mixed methods research skill-set both qual and quant
  • Analyse and summarise findings
  • Deliver clear, evidence-based recommendations
  • Manage multiple research projects simultaneously
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure research is embedded in decision-making processes

Please note: this role is focused on applied research in market or business settings. We are not looking for candidates with purely academic research backgrounds.This role requires a minimum of three days a week in one of their offices, one which is commutable distance from London, Yeovil or an office based in Hampshire), with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining two days.About YouYou'll bring:
