Salter Grange is looking to appoint a M&E Services Manager for a high-end project based in Windlesham, Surrey. The successful candidate will play a key role in the coordination and delivery of MEP services across the build, from pre-construction through to handover.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong mechanical building services experience who enjoys working on technically complex, high-specification projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the integration and delivery of MEP services across the project lifecycle

  • Manage the commissioning process, ensuring systems are tested and handed over correctly

  • Coordinate with sub-contractors, designers, and internal teams to align on technical delivery

  • Manage utility installations and liaise with statutory authorities

  • Review design drawings, technical submissions, and flag any design issues early

  • Track programme progress and ensure M&E packages align with project timelines

  • Provide support on commercial and procurement-related M&E matters

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong technical knowledge across mechanical and electrical building services

  • Previous experience delivering MEP works on complex or large-scale projects

  • Able to read and challenge technical drawings and identify issues early

  • Strong understanding of commissioning and building integration

  • Familiarity with health & safety standards and MEP coordination on-site

  • Effective communicator and team player, able to liaise across departments and disciplines

  • CSCS card or willingness to obtain
