We are currently expanding our tree surgery teams and are seeking motivated and experienced Arborists / Team Leaders to join our offices in either Windsor or Letchworth. Working for a successful and expanding rural and environmental contracting company, no day is the same!

Key Responsibilities:

Performing aerial tree surgery operations
Providing aerial rescue support for the team
Using and maintaining modern equipment to carry out arboriculture duties
Liaising with clients on site
Working on new and existing contracts
Following Health & Safety procedures
Maintaining personal climbing equipment and inspection records
Conducting vehicle inspections and other weekly checks

What we need from you:

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience in arboriculture
Reliability and punctuality
Professionalism and safety consciousness
Respectfulness and accountability
Effective communication and ability to follow instructions

Preferred Qualifications:

City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 - Chainsaw maintenance and crosscutting
City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 - Felling small trees up to 380mm
City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 - Tree climbing and aerial rescue
City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 - Using a chainsaw from a rope and harness
Full UK driving licence
