We are currently expanding our tree surgery teams and are seeking motivated and experienced Arborists / Team Leaders to join our offices in either Windsor or Letchworth. Working for a successful and expanding rural and environmental contracting company, no day is the same!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing aerial tree surgery operations
  • Providing aerial rescue support for the team
  • Using and maintaining modern equipment to carry out arboriculture duties
  • Liaising with clients on site
  • Working on new and existing contracts
  • Following Health & Safety procedures
  • Maintaining personal climbing equipment and inspection records
  • Conducting vehicle inspections and other weekly checks

What we need from you:

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience in arboriculture
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Professionalism and safety consciousness
  • Respectfulness and accountability
  • Effective communication and ability to follow instructions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 - Chainsaw maintenance and crosscutting
  • City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 - Felling small trees up to 380mm
  • City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 - Tree climbing and aerial rescue
  • City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 - Using a chainsaw from a rope and harness
  • Full UK driving licence
