What You'll Do:
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Drive Best practises:Lead talent reviews and succession planning, identifying and assessing key talent while proposing innovative development initiatives that encourage mobility and advancement.
- Consult Across the Business:Collaborate with HR Directors, Recruitment, and Learning & Development teams to build robust talent management plans, pinpoint skill gaps, and fulfil future needs.
- Manage Performance Management:Simplify the colleague experience while fostering a culture of continuous feedback and career conversations.
- Strengthen Talent Pipelines:Partner with L&D and Strategic Workforce Planning to diversify talent for leadership roles, implementing high-potential programmes and promoting diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Provide Expert Guidance:Develop materials and offer influential advice on talent management, rolling out new products and solutions that align with best practises.
- Support Talent programmes:Work closely with L&D to ensure effective design and implementation of development programmes that deliver real results.
- Shape Competency Frameworks:Define critical skills and capabilities to assess talent and create clear career pathways.
- Leverage Workday:optimise the use of Workday to enhance talent management activities, using data and insights for informed decision-making.

- Analytical Abilities:Strong critical thinking skills with a knack for data-driven insights.
- Leadership Support Experience:A track record of helping leaders identify and develop talent.
- Effective Communication:Excellent relationship management skills that foster trust and engagement.
- Adaptability:Comfort in navigating ambiguity with a proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset.
