They are now seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their successful team. With offices across the South East, this role offers flexibility on location, hybrid working, and excellent progression prospects.The RoleThe successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters and play an active role in business development and client relationship management. You will work closely with a collaborative and well-established team, advising a broad range of clients including SMEs, developers, investors, and commercial landlords and tenants.Responsibilities
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licences, deeds of variation and assignments
  • Handling acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial premises
  • Acting for landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions
  • Advising on property development projects and property finance matters
  • Managing portfolios and dealing with asset management
  • Carrying out due diligence including title investigation and reporting
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other third parties
  • Contributing to team and firm-wide business development activities
The Candidate
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years’ PQE in commercial property
  • Strong technical knowledge with experience managing files autonomously
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Proactive and commercial mindset with a desire to contribute to team success
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • Willingness to travel to different offices if required
