We are seeking a diligent EMEA Tax Analyst to join our industrious team in the East Thames Valley region. The successful candidate will be required to have experience working in a similar role within a large scale multinational.

Description
- Role will primarily involve supporting the Senior Tax Manager to prepare corporation tax returns using Alphatax for up to 4 UK companies.
- Assist with UK tax provisions for UK statutory accounts e.g. UK tax disclosures for the year ended 31 March 2025 for at least 4-5 companies (priority area and skills requirement)
- Ad hoc tasks will also include assistance with calculating the UK RDEC accrual and assist with the corporate interest restriction return
- Set up simplified group relief arrangement for and support with SAO
- Role may evolve over time due to ongoing changes in the team
Profile
A successful UK Tax Analyst should have:
- ATT/CTA qualification
- ACA/ACCA qualification preferred
- Strong understanding of UK tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex tax information.
- Proficiency in using financial software and databases (preferably Alphatax experience)
- Ability to work well within a team and independently, with an ability to prioritise.
