HR & Payroll Administrator  Windsor, Berkshire (Hybrid working available)£35,000 - £38,000 + benefits Outsource UK is looking to recruit a HR & Payroll Administrator to join a  growing, fast-paced life insurance provider on a permanent basis.This role is essential to the smooth running of the HR function and will suit someone with hands-on experience in payroll, HR administration, and employee lifecycle processes. You’ll play a key role in managing data accuracy, supporting monthly payroll delivery, and ensuring seamless employee support from onboarding to exit.What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in HR and payroll administration
  • Working knowledge of UK and Ireland payroll rules, statutory deductions, and tax regulations.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • CIPD qualified or working towards it is preferred.
