Contract Type: Full-time – Temp to Perm
Salary: £29,344 – £44,919 (depending on experience)
About the Role:
A well-regarded secondary school in Winslow is seeking a passionate and dynamic PE Teacher to join their team from September 2025. The successful candidate will inspire students to enjoy physical education while promoting a healthy lifestyle and teamwork ethos across the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Organise and lead extracurricular sports clubs and inter-school competitions
- Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to support development
- Contribute to whole-school events and the wider curriculum
- Promote inclusion and adapt lessons for students of all abilities
Requirements:
- QTS and experience teaching PE at secondary level
- Strong knowledge of the PE curriculum and assessment requirements
- Passionate about promoting health, fitness, and teamwork
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
