Are you an Architectural Technician with CAD experience looking to work for an expanding and closeknit team having worked on residential and commercial projects that wants to continue building in the right team and in it for the long run?

In this role you will need to work closely with members of the team and other professionals to provide a full service to clients. Keep a complete record of all documents and project progress as well as confidently use software such as AutoCAD to prepare specifications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and experience using AutoCAD and SketchUp software. Thrive within a cohesive team displaying a high attention to detail in a communicative and effective atmosphere. Eager to work on commercial projects with an emphasis on supporting clients in a sustainable approach.
The Role
- 00 - 5.00 Monday to Friday
- Produce clear drawings and specifications on software
- Assist in the management of a design process, helping to stay on schedule and within budget
- Comply with planning permission and building regulations

- Experience as an architectural technician
