We are looking for a reliable and proactive Facilities Supervisor to help maintain a clean, safe, and well-managed environment across up to four academies. Initially this would be just our North cambridgeshire site do 2/3 days a week. Initially this will be focused on our academy in Wisbech  2/3 days a week. Initially this will be focused on our academy in Wisbech In this role, you will oversee site safety, maintenance, and compliance, ensuring our buildings and grounds are secure, fully functional, and support a positive space for learning and work. You will lead a small team of Facilities Assistants and cleaners, manage health and safety standards, coordinate routine maintenance and emergency repairs, and ensure all compliance records are up to date.

You’ll work closely with academy leaders and the central facilities team to plan and deliver maintenance projects, manage contractors, conduct risk assessments, and support sustainability efforts. Daily tasks may include checking fire alarms, completing basic repairs, securing the site, and ensuring cleaning standards are met. Flexibility, good organisational skills, and a hands-on approach are key. A full UK driving licence is required, as travel between academies is part of the role (mileage is reimbursed).
