Admin Support (Interim role - 3 months +)

Key Responsibilities:As a Admin Clerk, you will…
  • Coordinate training and development activities, including both organisational programmes and individual learning requests, from initial enquiry through to booking and financial processing

  • Prepare and distribute delegate joining instructions for training sessions, ensuring attendees are informed of locations, timings, and Trinity House travel and subsistence policies

  • Provide day-to-day support for the Learning & Development inbox, handling enquiries and directing them appropriately

  • Maintain accurate training completion records and regularly update internal tracking spreadsheets

  • Adopt a digital-first approach in administrative tasks and actively contribute ideas for improving processes and procedures

  • Assist in drafting communications, documents, and best practice guides to support knowledge sharing across the organisation

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats

  • Ability to follow structured processes and maintain high levels of accuracy

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas and basic reporting

  • Excellent planning and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks independently

  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals and meeting deadlines

  • Commitment to supporting the team in maintaining compliance with mandatory training and certification requirements
