Coordinate training and development activities, including both organisational programmes and individual learning requests, from initial enquiry through to booking and financial processing

Prepare and distribute delegate joining instructions for training sessions, ensuring attendees are informed of locations, timings, and Trinity House travel and subsistence policies

Provide day-to-day support for the Learning & Development inbox, handling enquiries and directing them appropriately

Maintain accurate training completion records and regularly update internal tracking spreadsheets

Adopt a digital-first approach in administrative tasks and actively contribute ideas for improving processes and procedures

Assist in drafting communications, documents, and best practice guides to support knowledge sharing across the organisation

Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats

Ability to follow structured processes and maintain high levels of accuracy

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas and basic reporting

Excellent planning and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks independently

Strong team player with a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals and meeting deadlines

Commitment to supporting the team in maintaining compliance with mandatory training and certification requirements
