We're on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Support Administrator to join my client's vibrant team in Witham, Essex! This is a temporary opportunity with the view of being made permanent.

Key Responsibilities:As our Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Processing orders and quotations with precision.
  • Maintaining effective communication with the team to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Providing excellent customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Monitoring inboxes daily and responding to emails with professionalism and promptness.
  • Processing parts and ensuring they are tracked accurately.
  • Booking site visits for maintenance issues efficiently.
  • Managing sales leads and keeping the team updated during regular sales meetings.
  • Following up with customers regarding quotations and addressing any queries they may have.
  • Liaising with customers to ensure the specifications of orders and quotations are met from updates to sign-off and manufacture.
  • Scheduling orders in alignment with the production schedule to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborating with the sales team on expected orders to ensure bulk weeks are fulfilled seamlessly.
  • Answering the office phone promptly and maintaining the customer CRM system with care.
  • Occasionally attending trade shows to represent the business brand and connect with clients.
  • Assisting with any other ad hoc duties that arise, showcasing your versatility!

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is a plus but not essential.
