Business Development Assistant - Remote & South East travel to clients.We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven telesales professional looking to develop their skills further to become a BDM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the growth of services. This role requires a person with a passion for sales who has some proficiency in software tools, particularly LinkedIn, Hubspot & googleanalytics, is essential for tracking leads and managing client interactions effectively.
Duties
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Work with the director to Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing services and value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure alignment on client needs and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status
- Learn the art of negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any concerns promptly to foster long-term partnerships.
Experience
- Some experience in the Digital Marketing industry.
- Basic understanding CRM software, particularly Hubspot for managing customer relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills
- Some sales experience 1-2 years.
