Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced sales consultant for a travel company located in Witham.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in sales or the travel industry.
The position offers a basic salary along with a commission scheme, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and other perks.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, with the possibility of one day working from home after probation.
Candidates should have their own transport due to the location of the role.

We are looking for an experienced sales consultant to join a travel company based in Witham! This is a role perfect for someone with strong customer service skills, ideally within a sales or travel background, looking for a new challenge.The role is office based working Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00 with free onsite parking! As well as basic salary, you will be entitled to the company comission scheme, as well as 25 days holiday + bank holiday and a range of other perks. After probation 1 day work from home will be available.If you have outbound sales experience or any similar customer service selling experience please get in touch.Duties will include:

Delivering top customer service via various communication channels
Helping customers book services and trips
Be the first point of contact to new and existing customers
Helping increase sales to customers using various methods
Maintain and update CRM systems

Experience needed:

2+ years experience within a customer service based role
Ideally some experience within events, travel or educational industry
Excellent telephone manor and ability to use computer software’s
Working to and meeting sales/KPI targets
Interest in history is a bonus!
Sales experience
