- Attend customer homes and businesses across Essex to diagnose and repair a range of domestic/commercial appliances, including laundry, dishwashing, cooking, and refrigeration units
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every visit
- Manage workload independently, using a tablet to upload reports and track service calls
- Full UK Driving License (essential)
- Minimum of 2 year's experience repairing white good appliances (laundry, dishwashing, cooking, refrigeration)
- Ability to supply your own hand tools
- Physically fit, able to lift and manoeuvre heavy appliances safely
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage workload
