12.21 per hour | Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 6:00pm | Temporary to Permanent

Prime Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of a market-leading manufacturer based in Witham, Essex.

We're looking for a Factory Operative with previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment to join a busy, well-established team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with full training provided on specialist machinery.

Duties of the Factory Operative will include:

• Loading and unloading machinery

• Operating saws and basic machine equipment

• Measuring, assembly, and use of hand tools

• Recording quality data and completing basic paperwork

• General production and factory support tasks

The ideal applicant:

• Comfortable with manual handling tasks

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing and production role
