Factory Operative - Witham, Essex
12.21 per hour | Full-Time | Ongoing Temporary (with long-term potential)
Hours: Monday to Friday - Day Shift (with an early finish every Friday)
We're currently looking for Factory Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Witham, Essex. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking consistent, full-time work.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Packing finished products with care and accuracy
- Labelling items and preparing them for dispatch
- Following quality control processes to meet company standards
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
- Supporting the team to meet daily production targets
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in factory, manufacturing, or packing roles is beneficial but not essential
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet throughout the shift
What's on Offer:
- 12.21 per hour
- Full-Time
- Weekly pay (while working through Prime Appointments)
