Venn Group is currently working with a well-known NHS Provider based in Essex who are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner supporting two budget holders.

This Finance Business Partner roleis an excellent position for someone who is looking to join a fast-paced organisation who value their employees.Job Responsibilities - Finance Business Partner:

  • To provide budget holders with guidance and advice on financial matters, and hold regular budget meetings
  • Ensure budget holders are trained in using the finance system and running their budget monitoring reports
  • Ensure adequate controls are in place to correctly allocate expenditure to individual units and components in line with policy
  • Ensure accurate recording of expenditure, investigating and correcting mis-coding or errors as necessary
  • To maintain ledgers and ensure these updated to reflect business needs
  • To administer devolved budgets reporting
  • Update reporting templates for budget holders to reflect business needs

The ideal candidate:

  • Prior NHS experience
  • Essex based
  • Fully Qualified Accountant
  • Worked with budgets in excess of £25 million
