kolt recruitment are looking for a Paint Sprayer to join a well-established accident repair centre based in Witham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paint Technician to become part of a professional bodyshop team where quality, efficiency and attention to detail are key priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking and priming
- Mixing, colour matching and applying paint to manufacturer standards
- Completing full resprays, panel refinishing and SMART repairs where required
- Ensuring a high-quality finish on all work carried out
- Working closely with panel, MET and workshop teams to maintain efficient workflow
- Maintaining spray booths, tools and equipment to a high standard
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
- Strong knowledge of water-based and solvent paint systems
- Ability to deliver consistent high-quality finishes
- Good time management with the ability to work to targets
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Full UK driving licence
