kolt recruitment are looking for a Night Shift Paint Sprayer to join a busy and well-established accident repair centre based in Witham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paint Technician looking for a stable night shift position, working within a professional bodyshop focused on quality, efficiency and consistent workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing vehicles for paint including sanding, masking and priming
- Mixing and colour matching paints to manufacturer specifications
- Completing full resprays, panel refinishing and SMART repairs where required
- Delivering high-quality finishes consistently across all work
- Working efficiently to meet productivity targets while maintaining standards
- Keeping the booth and working area clean, tidy and compliant with safety requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a bodyshop or accident repair centre
- Strong knowledge of both water-based and solvent paint systems
- Ability to achieve excellent finish quality on all jobs
- Comfortable working independently on night shifts
- Reliable, self-motivated and able to manage workload effectively
- Full UK driving licence
