- Coordinate and dispatch engineers for maintenance & repair jobs
- Providing excellent customer service at every opportunityÂ
- Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and follow-ups
- Manage work orders and service records
- Maintain the CRM and other various spreadsheets
- Experience in a coordination, administration, or scheduling role
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ideally experience using scheduling or a CRM
- Ability to work alone and in a team
- Ability to use Microsoft programs especially Excel
