We’re looking for a driven, commercially savvy recruiter to join our growing remote team and take ownership of a high-potential desk. The Role:As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll have full autonomy to build and scale your own procurement or supply chain vertical. You'll be responsible for:

Developing and managing client relationships within the procurement & supply chain sector
Sourcing and placing top-tier talent across mid-to-senior level roles
Handling the full recruitment cycle – from BD to placement and aftercare
Working independently while staying plugged into a supportive, collaborative team culture

What You’ll Bring:

360 recruitment experience (2+ years) – within procurement, supply chain, or a similar B2B vertical
Proven success in winning new business and filling roles
Self-motivation and accountability – you thrive with autonomy
Strong commercial acumen and market insight
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
