I am looking for a customer orientated candidate who is able to work well under pressure to join a friendly travel company, based near Witham.Your role as a tour coordinator will be to organise and plan tours, to meet the needs of clients individual requests.   • Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, rises with service

Main Duties:
  • Establish the details of the enquiry and provide exceptional customer serviceProviding advice to customers, from itinerary’s, to travel, to accommodation
  • Using a bespoke IT system as well as standard Microsoft applications
  • Liaising with Travel and Booking Co-ordinators
  • Ensuring tours are kept within set budgets
  • Ensuring all paperwork and supporting documentation is sent to clients
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure the very highest level of satisfaction
Skills needed:
  • Proven experience and full understanding of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to resolve problems, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Able to use Microsoft packages
  • A team player but also able to work alone when needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Calm and constructive approach to emergency situations
