This growing wine business is looking to add a part-time Financial Controller to their senior team. You will have the opportunity to play a proactive role to ensure the continued success of the business by providing insight across all financial matters across the business. In addition to having a commercial mindset the Financial Controller will manage external relationships with clients, suppliers as well as HMRC. Please note this is offered on a part-time basis (2-3 days / week).

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Financial Controller role include:

• Take ownership of all reporting
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual accounts for submission.
• Able to analyse data and provide regular commentary and insight
• Prepare payroll, pension submissions and submit VAT returns

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified
• Previous experience with an SME business
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to provide business insight
• Highly organised with a focus on quality output

This is a part-time roles (2-3 days) and my client is offering an annual salary of up to £50,000 (pro-rata) depending on experience.
