ABOUT THE HEAD OF FINANCE:

The Head of Finance will:

  • Oversee and reshape the finance function.
  • Ensure long-term financial sustainability.
  • Provide strategic and operational financial leadership.
  • Build a forward-thinking, service-oriented finance team.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders with financial insights.
  • Lead all financial management activities (accounts, payroll, tax, pensions, investments)
  • Evaluate new business opportunities and funding applications.
  • Align financial strategy with fundraising and operational goals.
  • Provide financial insights to senior leadership and external bodies.

ABOUT YOU

  • CCAB-recognised full professional accountancy qualification.
  • 5+ years post-qualification experience.
  • Proven leadership and team management.
  • Experience in financial strategy, operations, and compliance.
  • Strong IT and communication skills.
  • Experience working with boards or trustees.
