Job Title: Warehouse OperativeSalary: £25,500 PALocation: EynshamJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeWorking Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift basis:
  • Week A: 07:00 to 16:00
  • Week B: 10:00 to 19:00
  • Week C: 08:00 to 17:00Occasional weekend overtime available (11-hour days).
About the Role:Join our quality-focused, customer-facing team at our Eynsham site. You'll be part of the small goods-in team in Eynsham, supporting the larger supply chain operation based at our Head Office in South Oxfordshire. Attention to detail and adherence to key performance indicators are crucial.Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely load and unload vehicles, ensuring no damage to stock or equipment.
  • Verify delivered items against paperwork for accuracy.
  • Book items into SAP, meeting KPI targets.
  • Pick items safely and efficiently, ensuring correct scanning and no damage.
  • Deliver and collect goods and equipment from the factory line, ensuring correct paperwork and KPI compliance.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workplace. 
  • Communicate effectively with line managers and colleagues.
  • Comply with all health and safety guidelines.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Attend courses as required.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as directed by senior management.
  • Maintain awareness of enhanced security requirements.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Excellent customer focus and attention to detail.
  • Good command of English, both written and oral.
  • Proven experience in a high-tech logistics environment supporting a production facility with Quality Management systems.
  • Clean driving licence.
