This is a varied role that will see you working across finance, admin, marketing and collaborating with clients and staff on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operational support to the wider team and off-site team
  • Send confirmations of bookings
  • Support the Account Manager with all tasks related to insight data
  • Create reports for clients
  • Assist with presentations, collecting information and using PowerPoint to put together a creative presentation
  • Ensure that all activity is recorded on the system.
  • Be the first point of contact with the client for all operational queries
  • Work closely with the recruitment team and act as a co-ordinator between them and operations.
  • Support Contractors and resolve performance issues.
  • Manage the expenses of the field team and report on any other financials
  • Weekly check ins with contractors to ensure availability for upcoming works.
  • Visits to field-based clients will be required at least monthly.

Required Skills:

  • Previous administrative experience in a fast paced office position
  • A natural communicator that prefers to speak on the phone rather than email.
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • Strong organiser
  • Confident and a clear concise decision maker
  • Previous office experience in a telephone-based role.
  • Strong Excel user
  • Analytically minded
