A leading building services consultancy is looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their office-based team in Woking. You'll design, lead, and deliver complex mechanical services across high-profile projects, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams from survey through to handover.

路Salary 拢45,000 to 拢65,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
路Design HVAC, hot and cold water, and drainage systems
路Lead client and design team meetings
路Review IES thermal models and produce accurate specifications
路Carry out site surveys, CAPEX reports, and asset appraisals
路Support feasibility studies, budgeting, Part L and BREEAM inputs
What They're Looking For
聽
路HNC/HND or degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
路Building services design experience with knowledge of UK regulations, British Standards, HTMs, and HBNs
路Experience in healthcare projects highly advantageous
路Proficient in IES with strong problem-solving and communication skills
路Full UK driving licence and ability to travel nationwide
