We're looking for an inspiring and hands-on Assistant Manager to lead the team at a much-loved independent restaurant known for its seasonal menus, warm atmosphere, and community vibe.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading from the front, setting the tone for exceptional, personable service
- Managing day-to-day operations with a keen eye for detail
- Working closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Building guest relationships and driving loyalty
- Taking ownership of team development, rotas, stock, and P&L
- Bringing energy, ideas, and heart to the role every day
