Our client based in Woking are seeking a CAD Designer to join their team. The purpose of this role is to act as the main point of contact for CAD requirements.

The CAD Designer will:
- Produce layout drawings
- Work with architectural floor plans and the technical team
- Liaise with project stakeholders
- Ensure accurate design interpretation
- Review customer orders
- Manage drawing revisions
- Ensure changes are correctly documented and communicated
- Work with the install teams
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, reviewed, and stored correctly
- Support internal and external stakeholders with drawing related queries
- Help identify improvements to drawing processes and internal systems
- Work across multiple projects
Skills required for the CAD position:
- Have an excellent eye for detail
- Deliver a high accuracy and quality of output
- Be confident on Design skills
- Have a solid understanding of engineering concepts and processes
- Be able to design for manufacture & production engineering
- Be professional, positive and driven
- Maintain good problem-solving skills
- Have the ability to understand and meet targets
- Have excellent administration and organisation skills
- Work well towards tight deadlines
