Production Supervisor

Hi,

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our growing manufacturing team in Woking. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and enjoys guiding a skilled team to achieve high-quality results.Our entire process-from design to assembly-is completed on-site, and our products are shipped to customers all over the world.

* Supervise day-to-day production operations within the workshop or assembly area
* Lead and support a small team of technicians, fabricators, and assemblers
* Ensure production schedules and quality standards are met consistently
* Monitor workflow, allocate tasks, and maintain efficient use of resources
* Conduct quality checks and promote continuous improvement across processes

Requirements:

* Proven supervisory or team leader experience within a manufacturing or assembly environment
* Strong understanding of mechanical or fabrication processes
* Hands-on approach with the ability to step in and support production when needed

* Competitive salary between 35,000-45,000 (DOE)
