A leading independent Estate Agency in Woking is seeking a motivated and experienced Lettings Lister / Instruction Winner to join their dynamic lettings team.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Conducting lettings valuations and winning new instructions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Negotiating fees and service terms confidently
- Working closely with the lettings team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Providing expert advice to landlords and prospective clients
- Promoting the company brand and services effectively
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience in residential lettings
- Strong background in valuations and listing properties
- High level of sales ability and negotiation skills
- Exceptional customer service and client-facing presence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well-presented, professional and driven
- Knowledge of Woking and surrounding areas is advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence and own car essential
