Job Title: Coffee Shop Manager

Reports to: Area Manager
Salary: 13.40 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our vibrant Wokingham site. Fresh seasonal food, expertly made coffee, and warm hospitality - you'll make sure every guest leaves smiling while keeping operations slick, your team motivated, and lending a hand in our small, freshly prepared brunch menu when needed.

Your Role:
* Lead the shop from first coffee to close
* Train, motivate and support your team to deliver great service
* Maintain top standards in food, coffee, and presentation
* Get hands-on in the kitchen which is located Front of House when needed - assisting with fresh brunch dishes such as smoothie bowls, pancakes, egg dishes, stuffed focaccia, toasties, and soups
* Manage stock, rotas, orders, and suppliers
* Hit sales targets and control costs
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
You'll Need:
* Proven caf, coffee shop or casual dining management experience
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Passion for fresh food and quality coffee
* Commercial awareness and hands-on approach
* Flexibility for weekends and bank holidays
