A fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or college leaver to join a cashier team as a Trainee Finance Administrator.

As the Trainee Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing outward CHAPS and Bacs payments
  • Allocation of client receipts
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Taking Card Payments from clients over the telephone and in person
  • Processing Purchase ledger invoices on the accounts system
  • Posting of Office Disbursements including Land Registry, Court fees, and other search fees.
  • Banking client and office cheques/cash as and when required
  • Processing Counsel fee notes onto the purchase and relevant client ledger's
  • Monitoring and responding to queries within the accounts shared inbox

The successful Trainee Finance Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:

  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation
