What You Will Do:

• Deliver high-quality customer service by organising your workload efficiently and ensuring accurate, timely results.

• Perform a range of routine and investigative analyses, including Bioburdens, Total Viable Aerobic Count, and Environmental Monitoring.

• Supervise and train junior team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform routine tasks and methods.

• Support method development, transfers, and validation protocols, collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders.

• Maintain laboratory equipment and systems, troubleshooting and ensuring optimal performance.

• Actively participate in client meetings, delivering presentations and managing small projects or defined areas of larger projects.

What You Will Bring:

• A degree or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline, or equivalent laboratory experience.

• Strong scientific knowledge and the ability to conduct analyses independently with precision and accuracy.

• Experience working in a regulated environment, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and colleagues.
