About You
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Sous Chef in a B&I setting
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- Passionate about high-quality food and service
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Qualifications
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent)
- Experience in B&I catering highly desirable
Your Role
- Support the Head Chef in daily operations
- Maintain high standards in food quality and hygiene
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to menu innovation
